Welcome to use FoxNet products and services (hereinafter referred to as "this service")! Before using this service you should read the service agreement and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, if you register and use our services, you agree to our service agreement.


I. About this Service


This service content refers to "FoxNet" through the legal Internet technology, provides the Cross-platform data encryption transmission service to the individual user. This service only allows for non-commercial use of individuals. This service can not be used to endanger Internet security, infringement of other people's intellectual property rights and other violations. The availability of this service, such as due to server base line failure, maintenance and other problems caused by service interruption, we will give users a certain length of service compensation. Due to the complexity of the user network environment and terminal, we cannot ensure that the correct configuration of the terminal can use the service. For a variety of reasons, we are unable to ensure that the service continues to be available. Therefore, we will not compensate you for any loss suffered as a result of the short or prolonged interruption of the service. Within the scope of this service, "FoxNet" gives you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the service. You can configure the service on multiple devices for non-commercial purposes, but you cannot use more than 5 devices at the same time, otherwise your account will be discontinued.


Ii. User Code of Conduct


1. The user agrees to regulate his or her behavior according to the rules including this agreement, and the user shall enjoy the rights and responsibilities according to the law arising from the login account. In violation of these rules, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement to bear the consequences of non-compliance and liability for breach of contract.


2. Any user's use of FoxNet's services must follow the laws and regulations of the country or region.


Iii. Service Updates


In order to improve the user experience and improve the content of the service, the service will continue to develop new services and provide services or software updates (these updates may be submitted to you in the form of replacement, modification, feature hardening, version upgrade, etc.). As the new version of this service is released, older versions of the service may become unusable. We do not guarantee the availability of legacy products, please check and use the latest version at any time.


Iv. third-party software or technology


The third party software or technology used by this service (including the open source code and public domain code that this service may use) has been legally authorized. You understand and agree this service, in order to provide you with effective services, will use your terminal equipment processor and bandwidth resources. The services shown in the data flow for the internal billing settings, does not mean that you use the process of data flow costs, users need to know the relevant tariff information to operators, and bear the relevant costs. Any dispute arising out of the use of third party software or technology shall be resolved by the corresponding third party, "FoxNet" is not liable and cannot provide customer support for third party software or technology, if you need to obtain support, please contact the corresponding third party.


V. Other


You use this service as if you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. "FoxNet" shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary. You can review the latest terms of the relevant agreement in the website. If you continue to use this service after the terms of this agreement are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should discontinue the use of this service. The terms of this Agreement shall be valid and binding on both parties for any reason partly void or enforceable.
